KINEUCHI NOODLE COOKING HOW TO

 UDON

1.
Boil noodles for 3~4 minutes. Drain, and rinse with hot water.

2.
Bring 300c.c. water to a boil, add rinsed noodles and wait for 2 minutes.
Remove from the heat. Add concentrated soup broth.

3.
Serve in a bowl with your favorite ingredients such as chopped green onion,
deep fried tofu(Abura-age), or tempra etc.

 KISHIMEN

1.
Boil noodles for 1~2 minutes. Drain, and rinse with hot water.

2.
Bring 300c.c. water to a boil, add rinsed noodles and wait for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat. Add concentrated soup broth.

3. Serve in a bowl with your favorite ingredients such as chopped green onion, deep fried tofu(Abura-age), or tempra etc.

SOBA

1.
Boil noodles for 2 minutes. Drain, and rinse with hot water.

Bring 300c.c. water to a boil, add rinsed noodles and wait for 2 minutes.
